Humour is a must in all classes as it helps barriers & guards to drop, allowing the true self to work to the best of its ability. 
Music is often played, with a wide range of flavours to assist the body in releasing & letting go. 
Props such as blocks & belts are regularly used to assist in posture work. 
Now, you may think its all fun fun fun reading this - well, there’s a lot of hard work too! 
The benefits of all that hard work will pay off and you’ll see thats why we practice again & again & again.
