My incredible journey into the vibrant world of Yoga began in the early 2000s when, completely out of character, I took a leap of and joined a Yoga Retreat with the amazing Ruth White, a truly dynamic Iyengar Yoga teacher who transformed my life! Ruth discovered a spark me that opened countless doors in my mind and body, allowing me to stand tall and like I truly belonged for the very first time.
My senses awakened, and there was no looking back—my training started right away, igniting my passion to help others on their own journeys! While the path wasn't always easy, each challenge brought newfound clarity, and yoga became my guiding light. I quickly fell in love with concepts of Yoga and the Chakras, viewing the world through a kaleidoscope of colors and shapes that enrich my teachings. In my sessions, I create an engaging experience of internal and external exploration, equipping my students with essential tools for whatever life throws their way. I passionately share the wisdom of the Chakras as my framework for a joyful and healthy life, and nothing excites me more than witnessing my students grow in strength and flexibility of body, mind, and spirit. With years of teaching experience under my belt, I intuitively connect with the needs of my audience, ensuring a fun, friendly atmosphere bursting with laughter and a touch of hard work.
