Sucram Yoga’s Foundation PLUS Course is tailored for trainees aged 35+, designed to harness your life experience, wisdom, and maturity.
Learn how to confidently teach yoga using the Chakras as a guiding framework—deepening your practice while gaining the skills to support others physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
