[Teachers] Monthly Meet Up

A place for Qualified Yoga Teachers to get together, to practice on or off the mat, discuss techniques, tactics & tips. A place to share ideas or concerns as well as meeting other teachers Or you may simply be finding other teachers and what their strengths are and if they align with you and your values for perhaps a collaboration. Anything is possible.

We will have time to discuss weekly wins over a cuppa, all in a warm and safe environment

Day - Sunday 25th January 2026

Time - 9.30am - 11.30am

Venue - Darby and Joan Hall, Finkle Street, Cottingham.

Investment - £10

We will also be trying out a number of different venues so keep your eyes peeled!

What to bring - your Yoga gear - mat - blocks - belt - blanket - bolster or cushion - a drink - pen and journal.

I can provide a limited amount of blocks and belts if needed - please ask me.

What to expect - 45 mins share time - 60 mins practice - 15 mins - close and farewells.

Yoga Teachers can request to teach at the sessions - please get in touch to express interest.

You will be paid a fee inline with gyms and yoga studios.

You may bring flyers, business cards notices regarding your Classes - Workshops - Retreats etc for fellow teachers to pick up at the Meet Ups.

It doesn’t have to be fancy, a list on an A4 piece of paper is also fine.

Please make sure you take any surplus home with you as we don’t want to leave anything behind when we leave.
