Why, How & Where?

Whether it be Yoga, Meditation or Relaxation, a private session can be extremely rewarding for your Physical and Mental Healh and Wellbeing.
A 1-2-1 session or with a small group is time set aside for full attention on You. A time to hit the pause button of life, tune in, integrate Body, Mind and Spirit, Realign and Rebalance.

I can use Yoga techniques in the form of Breath Work known as Pranayama and Yoga postures known as Asana to tailor to your specific needs or you can simply follow my lead for a guided practice with full attention on 'you' or your party.

Where are the sessions held?

  • Private tuition/classes can be done via Zoom

  • at my home if suitable.

  • A session is 1 hour & 15 minutes.

  • 3 sessions - £125

    Single session - £45

  • Please allow a little longer for the first session.

    Payment paid on the day prior to session
