Join me for a nourishing 6-week yoga journey designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and develop a deeper awareness of both body and mind. Each week will build progressively upon the last, combining mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional pauses to create a practice that feels both grounding and uplifting. over the 6 weeks we'll explore different areas of the body and energetic centres, encouraging balance, stability, confidence, openness, and a deeper sense of connection within ourselves. This slow-flow series is designed to support physical strength and mobility while also helping to regulate the nervous system, creating space for greater calm, resilience, and wellbeing. By moving with intention and awareness, you'll learn to listen more closely to your body's needs and cultivate a sense of ease both on and off the mat. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this course offers a welcoming space to reconnect with yourself, restore balance, and move towards feeling stronger, more centred, and more energised. you will be encouraged to move slowly, breathe deeply, and enjoy a practice that supports every layer of your wellbeing, from your physical foundations to your overall sense of balance and connection.
