Ladies Only Gentle Yoga with Chair Support Gentle movement, mindful breath, and lasting strength — all with the support of a chair. This 90-minute class is designed especially for women aged 60 and over who want to stay strong, mobile, and balanced in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're in your 60s, 70s, or beyond, this class offers a gentle yet effective approach to maintaining your physical wellbeing. Using a chair for seated and standing poses, the practice focuses on improving mobility, building strength, and enhancing balance, all while being kind to your joints and respectful of your pace. What to expect A friendly, welcoming space just for women Chair-supported yoga postures to improve strength and stability Gentle movements to increase flexibility and ease stiffness Simple breathwork to support relaxation and focus Time to unwind with guided relaxation at the end of each class Perfect for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a more accessible yoga practice.
