available for 1-2-1's or small groups (up to 4 people)

Why, how and where?

Whether it be Yoga, Meditation or Relaxation, a private session can be extremely rewarding for your Physical and Mental Healh and Wellbeing.
A 1-2-1 session or with a small group is time set aside for full attention on You. A time to hit the pause button of life, tune in, integrate Body, Mind and Spirit, Realign and Rebalance.

I can use Yoga techniques in the form of Breath Work known as Pranayama and Yoga postures known as Asana to tailor to your specific needs or you can simply follow my lead for a guided practice with full attention on 'you' or your party.

Here are some of the reasons why a private session would be beneficial

  • I am a beginner and want to get it right
  • its all new and a little scary, I want to be able to take my time and ask questions
  • I feel reassured with the level of Guidance in a private session.
  • I prefer a personal touch
  • I have a physical/mental health issue I'd like to work on
  • A private class fits better with my work schedule
  • A more advanced student can work more deeply into their practice

Where are the sessions held?

Due to Covid-19, at the moment ALL private tuition/classes are done through Zoom

A session is 1 hour & 15 minutes, costing £40

Please allow a little longer for the first session.
